Kason

Kason Suzuki was a Japanese painter in the 19th and 20th centuries. Kason studied drawing under Ryosai Nakajima, a leading disciple of Yosai Kikuchi (refer to #726).

His works were highly recognized at the 1900 Paris Exposition, and Kason was called "the most significant Japanese-style painter since Hokusai (refer to #687)."
