Ryotei Japan

A ryotei is an old-established, very expensive restaurant in Japan. It is so luxurious that most people never experience it and only affluent people like politicians can frequently use it for their secret meetings.

The word "ryo" in "ryotei" is "cuisine" in English and "tei" is "bower", respectively. So, "ryotei" literally means "bower to enjoy cuisine". At a ryotei, geishas (refer to #201) often perform Japanese traditional dances and music for VIPs.
