Izakaya

An izakaya is a Japanese-style public bar where people can drink alcohol and eat food. Usually, it serves a wide variety of alcohol and food. Many customers tend to drink beer first, then other kinds of alcoholic beverages, such as sake (refer to #003), wine, whiskey, and something else.

The word " i " in "izakaya" is "to be here" in English and "zakaya" is another pronunciation of "sakaya (meaning liquor shop)". The name indicates that it is a place for many people to drink alcohol.
