#539: Cape Ashizuri (category: cape)
Cape Ashizuri, located in Kochi Prefecture, is generally regarded as the southernmost point in Shikoku Island (refer to #064). Strictly speaking, it is not southernmost, though.
The cape overlooking the Pacific Ocean is one of the most popular sightseeing spots in the prefecture. Also, it is included in Ashizuri-Uwakai National Park.
