#722: Osanobu (category: artist)
Osanobu Kano was a Japanese painter in the 18th and the 19th centuries, who was the ninth head of the Kobikicho-Kano school, one of the most prestigious clans branching off from the original Kano school.
Osanobu was the first son of Naganobu Kano (refer to #721), and succeeded to his father's position. He left many works and was regarded as the last great artist of the Kano school.
