#781: Kumamoto Prefectural Museum of Art (category: museum)
The main building of the Kumamoto Prefectural Museum of Art is located in Ninomaru Park on the premises of Kumamoto Castle. It opened in 1976.
Also, the building of the former Kumamoto Prefectural Library, to the east of the castle, was rebuilt as the museum's annex and opened in 1992.
