The Fukushima Prefectural Museum of Art is located at the foot of Mount Shinobu in Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture.
The Fukushima Prefectural Library stands next to the museum. In July 1984, the museum was established on and the library was moved into the site of a former university campus.
