#836: Ishikawa Nanao Art Museum (category: museum)
The Ishikawa Nanao Art Museum is located in Nanao City, Ishikawa Prefecture. It opened in April 1995 as the only comprehensive art museum in the Noto Peninsula.
As Tohaku Hasegawa, a famous painter in the 16th and 17th centuries, was born in Nanao, the museum holds a special exhibition on the artist every year.
