The Kiyosu City Haruhi Art Museum is located in the Kiyosu City Yume Hiroba Haruhi in Kiyosu City, Aichi Prefecture. It opened in April 1999.
Together with the Kiyosu City Library and Haruhi Yume-no-Mori Park, the museum forms a part of the cultural zone "Yume Hiroba Haruhi."
