The Kiyoharu Shirakaba Museum is located in the Kiyoharu Art Colony, a cultural complex in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
The museum was completed in 1983. It is the realization of the vision by a faction of literary greats known as the Shirakaba-ha.
