#497: Lake Saiko (category: lake)
Lake Saiko or Saiko Lake is one of Fuji Five Lakes (or Fuji-goko in Japanese). They are the lakes located around Mount Fuji (refer to #095), the tallest and the most popular mountain in Japan.
Lake Saiko is the second smallest one among Fuji Five Lakes. Also, it is a factor of a UNESCO World Heritage Site entitled "Fujisan, sacred place and source of artistic inspiration".
