Bitchu Matsuyama Castle, located in Takahashi City, Okayama Prefecture, is one of 12 Existing Tenshu in Japan. (The word "Tenshu" means the highest tower in a Japanese castle.)
The castle is designated as an Important Cultural Property by the Japanese government. The tenshu is standing at the highest altitude (430 meters) among the 12 Existing Tenshu.
