#908: Gunma Museum of Art, Tatebayashi (category: museum)
The Gunma Museum of Art, Tatebayashi, is located at the Tataranuma Park in Tatebayashi City, Gunma Prefecture. Dozens of sculptures are installed along the nearby walking paths.
The museum opened in October 2001 as the second museum in the prefecture after the Museum of Modern Art, Gunma (refer to #907), with the theme of the "harmonious coexistence between nature and humanity".
