The Tokyo Photographic Art Museum is located in Meguro Ward, Tokyo. It is the first full-scale museum in Japan dedicated to photography and video.
It first opened in June 1990 in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo. It moved to its current location in January 1995. Its nickname is TOP MUSEUM.
