#009: Golden Week (category: holiday)
In Japan, some national holidays continue from the end of April to the beginning of May. If you take some extra days off, your holidays could go on for more than 10 consecutive days at the longest. This specific period is generally called "Golden Week" in this country.
The majority of people enjoy this spring holiday period while traveling abroad and domestically, but not all Japanese can take a vacation at this time of the year, of course.
