#348: Tokyo Rinkai Fuku-toshin (category: urban area)
The Japanese word "fuku" is "quasi" in English and "toshin" is "city center", respectively. So, "fuku-toshin" means "quasi city center". In other words, we can call it "newly developed city center".
Tokyo has seven fuku-toshins and the seventh one is Tokyo Rinkai Fuku-toshin. This area is a reclaimed land in Tokyo Bay where Yurikamome (refer to #346) and the Rinkai Line (refer to #347) run through.
