#453: Rakkuru (category: tram)
Rakkuru is a nickname of Type 9600 tramcar running in Hakodate City (refer to #127). Its car is so-called "Little Dancer", same as U-tram (refer to #451), Santram (refer to #448), Polaris (refer to #452), etc.
The nickname was chosen among the applications from the general public. The words "raku" and "kuru" in "Rakkuru" mean "easy" and "coming" in English, respectively.
