#515: Goto Udon (category: udon)
Goto Udon is the udon (wheat flour noodle) produced in Goto Islands (refer to #514), Nagasaki Prefecture. Its notable features are the thinness of the noodle and the circular shape of the cross-section.
Goto Udon is often regarded as one of three major types of udon in Japan, along with Sanuki Udon (refer to #304) in Kagawa Prefecture and Inaniwa Udon in Akita Prefecture.
