Inuyama Castle, located in Inuyama City, Aichi Prefecture, is one of 12 Existing Tenshu in Japan. (The word "Tenshu" means the highest tower in a Japanese castle.)
It is one of the five castles, whose tenshu is designated as a National Treasure by the Japanese government. Currently, only the tenshu remains on the premises.
