Eitoku

Eitoku Kano was a Japanese painter in the 16th century and best-known of those belonging to the Kano school, a prestigious faction of nihon-ga (Japanese-style paintings).

Eitoku was the first son of Shoei Kano (refer to #707), the former head of the school. He is often regarded as one of the greatest artists in the Japanese art history.
