Soshu Kano was a Japanese painter in the 16th and 17th centuries, who was the second son of Shoei Kano (refer to #707) and a younger brother of Eitoku Kano (refer to #708).

Although his paintings were not as greatly acclaimed as his father's and his elder brother's, Soshu supported them and contributed to many historically important pictures in their days.
