#745: Chohko (category: artist)
Chohko Kamoshita was a Japanese painter in the 19th and 20th centuries. After he quit Tokyo Fine Arts School, he became an apprentice of Fuko Matsumoto (xrefer to #738).
He was good at drawing portraits and played an active role in the field of illustrations for newspapers and magazines. Also, he did cover designs for some books.
