The Abeno Harukas Art Museum is located on the 16th floor of Abeno Harukas (refer to #205), the tallest building in Japan towering in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture.
It opened in March 2014 with the concept of "an urban art museum where everyone can casually enjoy art." It is operated by Kintetsu Group Holdings, Co., Ltd.
