The Utsunomiya Museum of Art is located in the Utsunomiya Bunkanomori (or Forest Utsunomiya culture) Park in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture.
Opened in March 1997 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the city's founding, the museum displays the collection of artworks related to the local community.
