The Tochigi Prefectural Museum of Fine Arts is located to the west of Obi Park in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture.
It opened in 1972. The museum building, including the addition in 1981, was designed by the late Kiyoshi Kawasaki, a renowned architect.
