Zyozan-kei

Zyozan-kei is a ravine in Sapporo (refer to #060), which has several hot spring resorts and Sapporo Kokusai Skiing Resort. It is known and popular as a tourist spot for momiji-gari (refer to #263) in Hokkaido Prefecture (refer to #143).

Since Zyozan Miizumi, a Japanese priest, first found this place, it has been called Zyozan-kei, deriving from his name. The word "kei" in "Zyozan-kei" is the abbreviation of "keikoku (meaning ravine)".
