#697: Kiyochika (category: artist)
Kiyochika Kobayashi is often regarded as one of the three greatest ukiyo-e artists during the Meiji era, along with Yoshitoshi Tsukioka (refer to #692) and Kunichika Toyohara.
Kiyochika left behind many works, which have been recognized so highly that he is sometimes even called "the last ukiyo-e artist" or "Hiroshige (refer to #684) in Meiji".
