#712: Takanobu (category: artist)
Takanobu Kano was a Japanese painter in the 16th and 17th centuries, who was the second son of Eitoku Kano (refer to #708) and a younger brother of Mitsunobu Kano (refer to #711).
After Eitoku and Mitsunobu died, Takanobu made Sadanobu Kano, his nephew, the successor of the Kano school and supported him as a guardian.
