#742: Gyoshu (category: artist)
Gyoshu Hayami was a Japanese painter in the 19th and 20th centuries. He became an apprentice of Fuko Matsumoto (refer to #738), who ran an art school in the neighborhood.
He met Shiko Imamura (refer to #741), a senior fellow disciple in another art school. They acted as a group for years, and Shiko greatly influenced Gyoshu.
