#748: Shotei (category: artist)
Shotei Takahashi was a Japanese painter and woodblock artist in the 19th and 20th centuries. When Shotei was around nine years old, he became a disciple of Fuko Matsumoto (refer to #738).
Later, Shotei made woodcuts energetically and left hundreds of works. He joined several groups of artists in his days and had close relationships with them.
