Aichi Prefecture is located in the southwestern corner of the Chubu region (refer to #138). Nagoya (refer to #058), one of Japan's three major metropolitan areas, is part of this prefecture.
The prefecture is home to Toyota Motor Corporation, the world's leading automaker. Therefore, many automotive-related companies can be found in the region.
