Description

This book, ninth installment of "The Sifted", contains 10 episodes (10 restaurants).

The author starts with the review of a popular Ramen restaurant featuring Madai (Red Sea Bream). Looking for delicious tempura, he comes to a Tendon (a bowl of rice topped with tempura) restaurant. As for Western cuisine and Chinese dishes, he visits restaurants that obtain the star of Michelin's guide. Then, he savors curries that a great chef from India makes.

In the latter half, he tries to review restaurants only in Taiwan in all the categories (Ramen, Japanese cuisine, Western cuisine, Chinese cuisine, and Curry) in The Sifted series. Can he carry it on?

The serial articles of The Sifted posted on The BBB Facebook page last for more than 260 weeks without a break. The number of the volumes has finally exceeded that of The Gifted, the original novel series. Still, he continues his free, willful wandering for attractive dishes ...
